Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders valued at Rs. 600 and above. For orders under Rs. 600, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 50 will apply.

To ensure your products arrive safely, we partner exclusively with reputable shipping companies. Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of placement, with expected delivery times of 3–5 working days in major cities and 7–10 days for remote locations. You can track your order online 24 hours after dispatch.

International Shipping:

Address Verification:

Before proceeding to payment, your shipping address and pin code will be verified with our database. If your location is not serviceable, we will request an alternative address. While you can make purchases from anywhere in the world, please ensure the payment and shipping address are within India.

If you provide an alternate address, you are responsible for accepting the package there. Confirmation of delivery to this address by the logistics provider is considered acceptance by you, and Mummy Garments will have no further liability.

Other Points to Consider:

  • While we strive to ship all items in your order together, there may be instances where this isn’t possible due to product availability. We will notify you and seek your direction in such cases.
  • All orders will be shipped with an invoice, as required by Indian tax regulations.

Refusal of Delivery:

Before accepting delivery, please ensure the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Please fill out the delivery acknowledgment form provided by the logistics service and note the condition of the package. Claims for damaged or tampered products will not be accepted beyond the returns policy.

In case of any disputes, Mummy Garments will work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product order page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email or SMS with a summary and the estimated delivery time. Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location accessibility and logistics service availability.

Delayed Delivery:

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to:

  • Transportation delays
  • Natural calamities
  • Political disruptions
  • Logistics challenges
  • Product lost in transit
  • Holidays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will take steps to track your package. We may also proactively contact you with updates.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your pin code and the product type. All charges include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Payment Policy

All payments are collected through secure payment methods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) options.

Payments must be made in Indian Rupees. For prepaid transactions, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS once payment is successfully received. COD is available for eligible products and locations, subject to certain limits and conditions.

Net Banking:

EMI Payments:

EMI is available for certain credit cards, with charges and terms governed by your bank. Mummy Garments does not charge any processing fees for EMI payments. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the bank.

Cash on Delivery:

COD is available for eligible products and locations. Eligibility will be indicated on the product order page.

Payment Issues:

If your payment fails or remains pending, it could be due to incorrect card details, a blocked card, or technical issues. Please try again or contact your bank for assistance. Mummy Garments is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by payment issues.

Issuing Bank Terms and Conditions:

All payments are processed using a payment gateway, governed by your agreement with your bank. Please adhere to your bank’s terms and conditions.

Permanent Account Number (PAN) Requirements:

For purchases equal to or exceeding INR 2,00,000, you must provide a copy of your PAN card within the prescribed time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order. This is a one-time requirement and does not need to be repeated for future purchases.
